SUMMARY:June Herb Walk
DESCRIPTION:Come learn about natural after-sun skin care using wildcrafted plants found in Truckee. You will learn how to identify\, harvest\, and infuse wild plants to create skin-loving products. Participants will leave with infused oil and an easy after-sun serum recipe to make once the infused oil is ready. \nThe June Herb Walk weaves along Martis Creek in beautiful Martis Valley. The walk is 4 miles with several collection sites. We will stop about 3/4 of the way at a picnic table along a creek for a wildcrafted snack and infusion “party”. Please plan on 3 hours\, but some groups finish sooner. I will be available  for a half hour once we return to the cars to answer any questions anyone has. \nWhat to bring: sun hat\, sun screen\, water\, hiking shoes — this hike is in the sun. \nWhat I will bring: jars\, oil\, wildcrafted snacks
