It’s hard to believe we’re right around the corner from our 2024 SUP Yoga Teacher Training.
This years *only* SUP Yoga Teacher Training is in beautiful North Lake Tahoe. But this year is extra special for the trainees! Smack dab in the middle is our annual 108 SUP Salutations for Summer Solstice. This is one of our favorite events and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Yoga + Barre Classes
Join Jamie year-round for yoga and barre class or from June to September on the lake for SUP Yoga. All of her classes are themed, well-intended, and designed with fun and creativity in mind. Jamie is well-known in the area for delivering awesome classes that work every inch of your body!
Teacher Training
Join our creative, fun, and purposeful SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings. Our trainings are small so you get personalized attention. Jamie and Samaara come from diverse backgrounds blending their knowledge and experience to assist you in becoming your best.
